Cooking in a terracotta pot ensures tasty, tender results every time. It’s really easy to use; soak in cold water for 10 minutes, add your meat and place in a cold oven. As the oven heats, the food cooks slowly in its own juices, almost baking and steaming at the same time – when we roasted a chicken it was so moist and juicy, the meat practically fell off the bone! Vitamins and nutrients are preserved, producing a healthy, deliciously browned, tender joint without adding any fat or oils, but it’s not just for joints of meat; it cooks chops, fish and casseroles beautifully too. Base has a glazed interior that makes it really easy to clean.
